Who is legally authorized to lead the congregational prayer during a solar eclipse (Kusuf)?

• Any male Muslim who memorizes the Quran.
• Only the Friday congregational Imam (Imam al-Jumu'ah) or an authorized representative of the Sultan.
• Worshippers must always pray individually without any Imam.
• Women-led congregations are preferred.
