What is the legal status of women establishing their own separate congregation without a male Imam?

Following the Imam and Row Formation

• Highly recommended and Sunnah Mu'akkadah.
• Prohibitively disliked (Makruh Tahriman).
• Strictly prohibited (Haram).
• Permissible without any dislike.
