Why is the leadership of an open sinner (Fasiq) classified as legally disliked (Makruh)?

Because his prayer is legally invalid and must always be repeated.
Out of disapproval for his open defiance of Islamic morals, provided a more pious, knowledgeable candidate is available.
Because open sinners do not know how to perform Wudu.
Sinners are not allowed to enter the mosque.
