A non-Muslim woman experiences menstruation, accepts Islam, and then stops bleeding. What is the legal ruling regarding her Ghusl?

Ghusl is not required after Islam when the causes occurred before Islam
Ghusl is strictly obligatory (Yaftarid) upon her according to the more correct Hanafi opinion.
She only needs to perform Wudu.
Ghusl is merely recommended (Mandub).
