How should the head gestures (Ima') for bowing and prostration be performed by a sitting patient?

Both gestures must be at the exact same level.
The gesture for prostration must be lower (Akhfadh) than the gesture for bowing.
The bowing gesture must be lower than the prostration gesture.
Gesturing must be done using the eyes only.
