A person's arm bandage falls off on its own while they are in Wudu, but the underlying wound has NOT healed yet. What is the ruling on their Wudu?

His Wudu is invalidated; he must repeat Wudu from the beginning.
His Wudu remains valid; he simply binds a new bandage and wiping again is not obligatory (though recommended).
He must perform Tayammum with earth.
He must wash the wound directly even if it causes harm.
