1. Introduction to Bab Fa'laah (فعلاة)

◦ Bab Fa'laah (فعلاة): Adds an extra Ya/Alif at the end of the verb (قَلْسَىٰ from root ق-ل-س). ◦ Adds an extra Alif/Ya at the end of the verb (قَلْسَىٰ from root ق-ل-س).

2. Complete Sarf Sagheer of قَلْسَىٰ

قَلْسَىٰ يُقَلْسِيْ قَلْسَاةً فَهُوَ مُقَلْسٍ الأَمْرُ مِنْهُ قَلْسِ وَالنَّهْيُ عَنْهُ لَا تُقَلْسِ ◦ Paradigm scope: This paradigm does not include passive forms or Ism Maf'ool. ◦ Active Past/Mudhaari': قَلْسَىٰ يُقَلْسِيْ (He wore a cap / wears) ◦ Verbal Noun (مصدر): قَلْسَاةً or قَلْسَاةٌ (Meaning: to wear a cap instead of foot-wraps) ◦ Active Participle: مُقَلْسٍ (ends in dropped Ya with Kasratayn) ◦ Imperative: قَلْسِ (ends in dropped weak letter) | Prohibitive: لَا تُقَلْسِ.

3. The Classical Rule of Alif-Conversion (قاعدہ فانقلبت الیاء)

◦ تبدیلی کا قاعدہ: کلمہ قَلْسَىٰ کے اعراب کے بارے میں وضاحت کی گئی ہے: ◦ کلمہ قَلْسَىٰ اصل میں قَلْسَيَ تھا؛ یاء متحرک ہونے اور اس سے پہلے زبر (فتحہ) ہونے کی وجہ سے یاء الف میں بدل گئی (فانقلبت الیاء الفا لتحرکھا وانفتاح ما قبلہا)۔
