Lesson

1. سُورَةُ التكوير

The surah paints a vivid picture of the Last Day and confirms that the Quran is a true revelation. It is a Makki surah with 29 ayahs. بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

2. إِذَا ٱلشَّمْسُ كُوِّرَتْ ﴿١﴾

When the sun is wrapped up [in darkness]

3. وَإِذَا ٱلنُّجُومُ ٱنكَدَرَتْ ﴿٢﴾

And when the stars fall, dispersing,

4. وَإِذَا ٱلْجِبَالُ سُيِّرَتْ ﴿٣﴾

And when the mountains are removed

5. وَإِذَا ٱلْعِشَارُ عُطِّلَتْ ﴿٤﴾

And when full-term she-camels 1 are neglected

6. وَإِذَا ٱلْوُحُوشُ حُشِرَتْ ﴿٥﴾

And when the wild beasts are gathered
