Lesson

1. سُورَةُ الفلق

The surah teaches us to seek Allah's protection from outward harms, darkness, harmful practices, and envy. It is a Makki surah with 5 ayahs. بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

2. قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلْفَلَقِ ﴿١﴾

Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak

3. مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ ﴿٢﴾

From the evil of that which He created

4. وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ ﴿٣﴾

And from the evil of darkness when it settles

5. وَمِن شَرِّ ٱلنَّفَّـٰثَـٰتِ فِى ٱلْعُقَدِ ﴿٤﴾

And from the evil of the blowers in knots

6. وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ ﴿٥﴾

And from the evil of an envier when he envies."
